WILL THE MAGNET DAMAGE MY WATCH?

A warning leaflet with information on the magnet, and  when the Swarovski Remix Collection strands should not be worn, is  included in the product packaging. Special care needs to be given if you have a medical device, such as a pace-maker, or any object which could be damaged by  magnetic fields.

​WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY STRAND?

If you loose your strand, sadly Swarovski will not be able to replace it. The standard Swarovski Terms & Conditions apply.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SWAROVSKI REMIX COLLECTION CHARMS AND PANDORA CHARMS?

We wish not to comment on the products of other brands.
