Are the products you sell genuine and brand new?

Yes. We are an official and authorised supplier of Swarovski products which are featured on our website. All items sold are brand new in box with original certification, packaging, boxing, 2 year warranty, gift bag and after sales care. Duty Free Crystal also owns and operates a stand-alone Swarovski store, Swarovski Guernsey, from which all our Swarovski products are dispatched.

Why are the prices on your website so low?

All our prices online are VAT and Duty Free, as such will be 20% less than the UK RRP (including VAT). When we dispatch to the UK mainland we pre-pay all VAT that is due. There are no additional charges and your parcel will not get stopped by UK customs.

Do you charge for UK postage?

No, carriage is free to the UK mainland using Royal Mail recorded delivery. A charge is applied when selecting Special delivery. For more information on our delivery tariffs you can click here.

What UK postal service do you use?

Guernsey Post and Royal Mail. All items to the UK mainland are dispatched Recorded or Special delivery (trackable). Cut off for these services are 3pm. Recorded delivery takes approx 3/4 working days to the UK mainland. This is subject to change during Christmas and other gift giving occasions. Special delivery approx 48 hours (both services are weather dependant, and subject to UK Customs clearance) as all items are flown off island. Please note we do not have an outward postal service on a saturday (due to the closure of Guernsey Post over a weekend); therefore all orders placed over a weekend will be dispatched the following monday regardless if you have received a postal tracking reference. We may require emailed proof of ID if you want delivery to an address other than your billing address.

Insurance

We have been dispatching goods for over 10 years. Through this we have developed a quality control system for packaging which ensures that every effort is made to protect your items for their time in transit. Therefore we guarantee safe delivery of your items, and therefore cover any loss or damage to your goods while in transit. This guarantee excludes any charges that may be incurred for failed delivery and or subsequent re delivery.

Pre - Orders

Payment is captured immediately on all pre orders. Items will then be dispatched as soon as pre order stock arrives in store.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. We offer an International shipping service. All items are dispatched International Signed for, and prices are calculated on weightage. Please contact us for further details and click here to view our shipping and delivery page.

How do I pay?

You can pay either online at dutyfreecrystal.co.uk or over the phone on 01481 721501. We accept payment in United Kingdom Pounds only (£). For payments made in GBP we accept; Visa, Maestro, AMEX, and Visa Electron, MasterCard. We also accept payment through PayPal.

Can I order other Swarovski products from you that are not listed on your website?

Yes. If you are interested in an item that is not listed on our website, simply email at [email protected] or phone for a quote and an estimated delivery time.

Can I order SCS (Swarovski Crystal Society) members pieces via your shop?

Yes. If you are a UK member of the SCS club you can purchase your annual editions through us. Simply add your valid SCS number at checkout, or alternatively call us direct on 01481 721501 to speak to one of our experienced sales team.
