Pricing:

We make every effort to ensure the prices are correct. If for any reason either the price displayed on Duty Free Crystal is wrong or the item is out of stock we will notify you. You will then be given the option of awaiting the arrival of the next shipment (we will advise you of a delivery date if possible), choosing another item or having a full refund. All prices unless specified differently are in pounds sterling (GBP). 

Should a product be reduced in price after a customer has placed an order, we are unable to reimburse the difference.

Unfortunately we are unable to advise customers in advance of when a product may be reduced in price.

We take great care to present the products on our website as accurately as possible, however, although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error, or errors may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We are not obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

We reserve the right to change prices, terms, specifications on this website at any time without prior notice. We attempt to post accurate information, but errors may sometimes occur. Any such errors in product specifications, descriptions, and pricing will be corrected when discovered and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted. If an error in pricing is discovered after your order has been submitted, we will inform you of the error at which time you may cancel or reaffirm your order at your option. All order payments are captured immediately. Orders are not legally binding until processed.

Pre Order:

Payment is captured immediately on all pre orders. Orders will then be dispatched and a postal reference supplied once the item is ready for dispatch. Launch dates for new products are subject to change.

Pierced Earrings & Sale Items:

Duty Free Crystal are happy to refund or exchange any purchases from its website, dutyfreecrystal.co.uk, however this policy does not apply to the following goods which are exempt once they have been received by the customer.

• Pierced Earrings (including jewellery sets) due to Health & Safety reasons
  

• Sale items 

Warranty:

The warranty period is two years after receipt of the goods by you. Should the delivered goods prove defective within this period, you may cancel the agreement or - if the product is still available - request their replacement by giving us notice at our address. No independent guarantee is granted beyond the foregoing.

To satisfy HMRC and UK Border control, the price of the item will be displayed on outer packaging of the parcel. Duty Free Crystal will not be liable, or responsible for any direct or indirect loss, however caused arising from the use of this web site or the information provided on this web site.

The buyer is responsible for making sure that the product purchased is suitable for the required use and that the buyer has sufficient skill to use the item ordered, in the manner that it was designed for and in the conditions that it was designed for. Duty Free Crystal will not be held responsible for any injury or death caused through misuse or inexperience.

Whilst Duty Free Crystal have taken reasonable precautions to minimise the risk of viruses and computer corruption, we will not accept liability forany damage caused to software, computers or computer equipment.
