Price Match Policy
We are happy to beat another retailer's price on like for like products, however restrictions apply as follows:
We will only price match against a UK authorised dealer
The product must be in stock and brand new at the retailer's website
We will not price match against sale items, eBay listings, Amazon or any other third party marketplace or aunction sites, websites that are not UK official dealers, clearance items or companies in liquidation
The product must be identical (please check the product code)
All Price Match quotes we give you are exclusive and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers running on duty free crystal website, including any external offers from duty free crystal partners
Price match requests must be made before placing an order or making payment. We cannot alter the price of an order once it has been paid for.
Unused price matches will automatically expire in 7 days from the date of issue.
We (duty free crystal) reserve the right to right to refuse any Price Match request.
